Over the years I have held many support positions including Software Support Specialist, Network Administrator and IS Manager. Currently, I provide technology consulting services to small companies and individuals.
In addition to computers and technology I enjoy writing, photography, graphic design, cooking, gaming and blogging.

The focus of this site is to build a community that focuses on providing support and advice about personal computers for users of all levels. The intention of this site is to provide insightful and useful articles on using, maintaining and understanding computers.
